Hi all,

This is my first post to the board. I have had this Coke cooler (Westinghouse DU 144)  in my garage for about 15 years. Needs a new power cord because the old one is getting frayed. However, when plugged in the unit still works! But it could still use some cosmetic restoring

Wondering how much this might be worth on the market without having it restored first. I am a complete newbie, so all help is welcome. Thanks!

Also, if anyone could give me general information on this unit  (i.e.- years it was manufactured, etc) that would be great!

(I have more pictures but it would't let me upload multiple ones).

Welcome aboard MCH! Great to have you here. Your machine books for $375 in average unrestored condition and $1250 for fully restored.

For more detailed info, just go to the Soda-Machines.com home page and click on the red button labeled "Soda Machines", then go to the alphabetical listing of manufactuers on the left hand side and click on "Westinghouse". At the top, there is a listing of machines by model number, scroll over to the right and you'll find the link for the DU-144.

I know it would be easier if I just post the link itself to the page but this way you'll get to see all of the other machine listings and how to find them.

Let us know if you have anymore questions or need help with anything else!

I am curious as to what the requirements are for a machine to be in a certain condition, i.e. - what makes it "average unrestored" versus "good unrestored", etc etc. Anyone have any info?

I will add a couple more pics.
