I was wondering if any of you have seen a cooler like this.  It is small in size with a handle in the middle of the Westinghouse looking lid.  It has little tabs on the inside like it might have held a rack, possible for candy to sit on.  The legs are not cut offs, they even have 3 of the 4 little rubber feet on the bottom.  It appears authentic, with a nice 30's decal on it.  Any help out there?

Tom,

Is "Drink Coca-Cola" on all four sides?
Is the inside lid embossed?
How about a few additional photos... The bottom view, side, inside, etc...
And dimensions, are the lenght and width the same as another cooler...?
Perhaps Cavalier or Westinghouse as the style is very similar...

My six cents,

Hmmm. the ICE COLD CANDY was painted on, by a good sign painter I
must say, you can tell by the letters C and the D, they are not
quite exact..but the Coca-Cola logo looks like it was factory screened on...
The handle doesn't look like a westinghouse... I've only seen three handles they've used.....
Yeah Tom let's see some more pics... where did you pick this little guy up at?

It is 20" wide, 13" tall.  The same Ice Cold Candy, and Drink CC with the TM in the tail is on the 2 larger sides.  There is a drain that you can see in the photo that also looks authentic.  I have not yet picked it up.  The guy wants a lot for it, and was just seeing if anyone else out there had seen such a thing sell before, in hopes of knowing a price range.  I just have no clue.  I will probably go pick it up later today since I dont have anything like it, even though he probably wants too much...  and yes, the Ice Cold Candy is painted on, and done with the same type of lettering you would see on the priviledge panels of the 1930's signs.  I see no manufacturer markings of any kind on there...

Tom,
I like it!! I have never seen one before. I would buy it if the price was reasonable.

It's not reasonable...  $1000.00, but I might still get it   :D

WOW  1,000 for a candy cooler.   It is nice looking but I would rather look at 1,000 dollars.  Of course if that comes with enough candy bars it would be OK '<img'>

Sometimes it's not about price, it's about how bad you want it.. congrats on your recent find, whatever it is... still looks cool!

Thanks Signguy - That is kind of the way I have operated.  I guess that is why I have so much junk - well it isnt junk to me...  I will probably pick it up since I dont hate it - I have to pick up stuff when I dont have it, just a bad Coke habit...
