Title: Everything is free! Post by: on September 17, 2003, 06:03:10 pm I am a complete novice - recently purchased a "square cornered" coke machine, but it gives everything away for free. I live in a rural area and cannot feasibly get someone to come out and look at the problems. All coins just fall through to the coin return cup. Sorry to ask for "101" help, but you have to start somewhere.

when you drop a coin into it does the machine "click" ? Title: Everything is free! Post by: on September 19, 2003, 10:42:19 pm thanks for the response - the plug is in the socket on the top of the coin box, but it doesn't make any sound when you drop in coins. I have attempted to clean the top section that comes off because it was covered in grime - but the machine chills well.

Can you posta picture of it & the coin mech as it sits in the door area? and a closeup of the mech itself? there should be a sticker on the side of it with some model information & such
typically such as "Coin Acceptors model no. S75-9800A" etc. this might help sort out your problem...JohnieG |
