Whats a "good" price for a USS-8-64?

What's is a "good" price for a USS-8-64? These are fairly common and I am basically looking to restore one and put it in use in my garage. Prices differ pretty substantially and since this will be my first venture into the Coke machine world I am curious what you guys consider a good price for

1. USS-8-64 In good physical and working order - No missing parts and cooling?
2. USS-8-64 in good physical shape but compressor not cooling?

Is there anything I need to be certain is not missing or suggestions on questions I must ask?

$300-400 around me.... But I try get them  down to $150....if the compressor isn't working, I would pass.
