still looks like a water release decal ("sticker" is generic) to me. but it still doesn't belong on a cooler, I've see these on bottle cases too.

I mean yeah, it's mildly  interesting, but personally it does nothing for me and it adds zip to the value of the cooler and I view it as the same a Sprite-boy or Coke bottle in hand decals.

Hey Mike
Welcome. My guess is it didn't come from the factory, but was added later, maybe from a bottler or a distribution center. I've never seen that decal on a cooler before, so it also makes me think it's local to you.
If you can get a clean scan, you can reproduce it and reapply it to your cooler

Have never seen that.
Have seen plenty of New Old Stock COke coolers but not with that "inscription" on there.
Enjoy your piece

Yes I'm guessing it was here local also..

The top of the label reads.

              "Our only Product"

Continous                              Measured
Quality                                    Content

Safe guarded.                        Uniform
Cleanliness.                            Flavor

                     IN BOTTLES

Coca cola bottling Company of Louisville Ky

I will definitely enjoy it.

 Thanks guys
