Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor
11 is louder than 10...
"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

Wow...Are you sure.. I know they reproduced the Coke but didn't know they repro'd the Club Beer and Snackmaster...
the small embossing looks different than some of the repro embossing... wish they'd show close up and more images.
Would be good to know if those are being reproduced too...

Yep, Jeff Walters had a whole line of these made...they were repo'd I'm pretty sure, look inside & if it has an aluminum liner that's your cue it's a genuine repop.   biggrin

I saw one just yesterday at the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport on a layover flight with a local brewers logo on it, kinda neat!

But if they're galvanized inside then grab 'em! they'd be quite a find.

I've seen those repro's, they're nice...they repro'd 2 different styles of Pepsi, Frostie, Dr Pepper, Grapette a couple done in Stainless too...
then another company got the license for Coke and he's reproing that... also seen a new Sundrop and some gas staion companies...
The ones I'm wondering about is the City Beer and Snackmaster... Thoses I would get images of... I'm leaning real on those.

Adding Orange Crush and NuGrape to the repro list...

I believe all the reproduction 6 pk coolers had the bottle opener mounted below the swing handle, so straight bars on each side like the picture below.
The originals have a bend on one side to clear the higher bottle opener.

If those are repros, he did a damn good job aging them, have to be real.

What I can't figure out is what is everything stacked on? Coolers look real to me.

That Coke one looks like it has a lot of embossed info under the In Bottles part. Do the repos have that? They look legit to me.

After digging around the internet plus the mentioned "notched" carry handles & high mounted bottle openers, I'm fairly convinced that they are genuine, the Coke & the City beer for sure, but I'm still questioning the Snackmaster in the back of my mind. they look the part. & behind the three I see one of those round/grey "six-pac" coolers maybe... looks like they're sitting on the hood of an old car or maybe a chest cooler?

He'll know...

Coolers are genuine
They are $300 each, firm
So at $900 for the set,..actually very expensive.
A 6 Pak coke on EBay sold for $167 today and one last week went for $155-ish.
Those comps are comps for similar condition. True Apples to Apples.
At 150-160 a 6 Pak is a good deal but at 300 it would literally have to be mint or rare.

That what I call " typical flea mrkt condition."
Did I coin that phrase in this context?
:-)
Maybe I should be in wiki.....
To me typical flea market condition is exactly what we see on those coolers.
"Like" a 6 or 7 on a scale of 10.
