I got all excited when I just changed the lock on my buddies v63. It came with a whole new cam and screw, so the old parts are good. I looked back through the thread, and realized it was the newer lock you have. I have the same lock sitting here on my desk, minus the key. I measured the threads, and it is 27tpi ':O' and just over 1/4" diameter. Definately an odd thread. I've been searching for a key for my lock. You may try looking into a locksmith....
