Welcome to the site!!
Sorry my Duncans are later. A few folks here have meters.
If you go the eBay/CL route make darn sure you get both keys.
It is not a simple drill out the lock pins. Still haven't managed to get one of mine open.
Serious tamper proof units.

Tip #2. When you get one only operate it vertical. Not sure if it was turning it upside down with coins in it or trying to start a cycle with it on it's back.
One of mine has Yellow disabled flag. Locked up will not work. Can't get it open grrr... But that is why always buy two of everything.

Please don't turn a 90 into a lampstand :-)

This is my meter. My dad knew one of the public works guys in charge of selling off a few hundred, so I got one with both working keys, and a short stand.

Propertyroom.com is an online auction site that has expanded in the last couple years, so there is a lot of umm.. junk... sold by other sellers. But if you navigate through and click the box for only police auctions or only auctions where property room is the seller, it is all municipal surplus and seized items. Parking meters turn  up pretty often. Sometimes they do them as singles, sometimes it will be pallet sized lots.
