Title: General vending machine corp. Post by: on October 27, 2003, 09:20:53 pm I am having great trouble finding any information on this classic. I believe it was manufactured sometime in the 40's or 50's. As far as I know all of what is left is original.

This is an interesting machine that I have no information about... Perhaps someone well versed in older manufacturers has something to offer... For a moment, I was thinking General Electric; but the ID Tag says General Vending Machine Corp...? Is there a model number and serial number as well? The nice thing about it is that it still works great, however just about all of the parts that make it a soda machine are missing. Right now it is just a top loading refrigerator.

I actually have a section in the Soda Machines Listings on General Vending Machine Corp. The other models listed are upright models whereas yours is a horizontal cooler. Is this model coin-operated? I'll contact you about getting a couple of photos... |
