I found a big coke button for sale. They want me to make an offer. I think it is a 4' button. It is in good condition just a little dirty. I would be buying to resell. What are these actually worth. I will offer less and most likely get it cheap but I want to know what is worth cleaned up and ready to sell? I have not worked much with signs. Any info anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

Condition is everything with these signs.. also depends if it's painted tin or porcelain.  If it's just dirty and not faded as appears to be in photos you should be in good shape.. but of course you have the size factor, and just like in soda machines "Size does matter", the larger, usually less valuable due to space..
I'd say if you could get it for 250 or so that would be a good deal..

If it is clean and scratch free, no fading or aging on the porcelain. and it is porcelain, I'd give you $400.00 for it today. But as you find fading and chips the price starts to go down.

That's what I would pay right now for a sign as a buyer who is going to keep the sign. Also bear in mind I seem to be willing to pay too much for stuff that I like.

You don't find very many four foot buttons in good shape.

It is painted. He said it is really nice but barn swallows are nesting inside and that is what is on the outside. He said he took it down two years ago when it looked like this and cleaned it and it cleaned right up?? I think I can get it for around $150.

That seems like a pretty good price, if we can see everything condition wise in the pics.
