Well I just found out something. It is Called coke II and is the rename of the original new coke introduced in 1985. I dug into it a little and found out it was only being very select areas.

Also up in Nampa, ID I got a lead on coke in glass bottles from mexico and bottled pepsi at about $1.30ea. The person who lead me in the direction is checking on the store since they moved. I on the other hand cannot wait and will ask for the address again if I can't find it and post the results.

Later,

On the subject of Coke in bottles...............
I have a customer ready to buy a restored machine, if she can find a supply of the 8oz glass bottles of DIET Coke.        I know they are made, cause a friend of mine sent me a 6 pack from Michigan.
Would be interested in having a pallet shipped to California.
Can anyone give me a lead?         Thanks  Glen

Here in South Carolina they sell coke in 8 oz bottles in the super market. I am not sure if Diet coke is available in glass bottles. I will look the next time I go.

You may be interested in checking out Antiquities Vending Company (one of the advertisers here).  I saw glass bottles of Diet Coke pictured on their Web site.  Here is the address...

www.sodaking.com sells many old soda's.  Danny who owns this site as well as several stores on the west coast has been instramental in keeping many old brands around and still in glass.  He will ship whatever you need from a case to a pallet to a whole container load.

When I ordered a catalog from Funtronics it came with a flier from www.retrosoda.com. email b.gelfand@comcast.net. They advertise 8 ounce diet coke $5.00 per 6 pack, or $18.00 per case.

I bought my Vendo from one of the owners of Retro Soda - nice guy.  They are also at the Chicagoland Jukebox show (only a month away!). '<img'>
