Have no idea who made it but they appear on eBay all the time so a little bit of research there will give you an idea of price. Always thought they were a little strange.

Thanks, already checked ebay, snooped around the web, came up empty. It's at a farm action goin to this weekend. Not
crazy about it but it is different.

I found a pic of it that said 1940's "dial a smoke" machine.

Apparently Vends "small packs of cigarettes".

Be interested to see what these have been repurposed to vend or what would fit in them now.

Look like you could definitely make it vend other stuff, just a matter of ensuring the packages fit.  It says it took 'micro' cigarette packs, maybe you can figure out what size that ends up being.
