Title: Choice-vend parts
Post by: on October 03, 2004, 04:36:20 pm
I have recently aquired a CV224 and its now in near working order after spending hours with my Ohms meter and and days of cleaning connectors. I soon found out that this particular machine works dispite its many years in a laundry mat sucking up lint and then out behind the building in the weather. With all this in mind 1 out of 5 of the dispensing motor work the other four are locked tight.

I am looking for replacement motors or i was wondering if anyone has had luck getting the motors rebuilt, they are the one with the gears mounted on the caseing. All i have really been able to find out is they are HOWARD INDUSTRIES/MSL INDUSTRIES INC. 1-90-0109 1 amp 115 volts.

If anyone has any info please email or reply back here thanks!

You may want to try Grainger.  I bought a motor from them today.
