Welp guys/gals, not to try and beat a horse a death but.....I kinda sensed that the wheels fell off the bus when it came to discussion about an SMC T-shirt. I am really quite interested and it seemed like a bunch of other people were too. What gives? Maybe I'm blind and missed the post but what's the deal? I feel like I'd be missing out if I showed up at the April Coin-op show in Chicago and wasn't representing us properly! Pretty please!!!! I just gotta know! ':p'

I liked the idea of the iron-on transfers. Then we don't have to order the 24 minimum with designated sizes/ syles or colors

Brian,

I'm definately moving forward with the t-shirts; however, a few things came up that take priority... Not to mention, my computer just died yesterday and I can't get to my artwork files or a lot of things for that matter... I'm visiting my computer guy on Sat. morning to get it fixed, hopefully...
Once I get my system back up, I'm going to deliver the artwork on Tues of next week and hopefully I'll have the shirts within a week...
That's the update...

Thanks Jim! and I apologize if I came accross a little....pushy. I really dig t-shirts and am just really looking forward to getting one or two or three  '<img'> Sorry to here about your computer, thing like that always seem to happen at the most inopportune times! (switching back to pesky mode) are we planning on doing any long sleeve tee's? That would be awesome.

Currently, I'm leaning toward a slight variation of the 2nd logo listed in this thread, SMC Logos for T-Shirts for the back of the t-shirt and the top logo for the front of the left breast.

No apology is necesary... I'm glad you are inquiring because I would like to get something that everyone would be happy wearing! Right now, I really don't have a lot of extra money to throw at this to see it fail! I would like get my money back at the minimum...

As far as long sleeve t's, I like that idea too, especially for the cooler weather, well, how about the COLD weather! Perhaps printing "Soda-Machines.Com" down each sleeve... Or is that a bit much...?

I'll keep you guys posted...

I say on the sleeves is too much, but otherwise, the rest sounds great!

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, I have to put this project on idle for a couple of weeks until I get additional funds to allocate for it; I just had an untimely and cosly problem with my vehicle that had me digging into this fund...
I've already spoke with the printer and things look good but I had to put him on hold...
I'll let you know as soon as I get them...

Oh yea, I'm going with Med(38-40), Large(42-44) and X-Large(46-48). If anyone needs something different, let me know... I'll post color swatches over the weekend so I can get an idea of colors too...

What if some of us pre-pay.  Would that help?

Jim,

I would definitely chip some cash for this effort. It's more a pride thing for me! '<img'>  I can't say that I speak for the others but I'm sure that they feel sort of the same. Either way, it will be a great day when I get my shirt(s) in the mail.....

I'll probably treat it like my first Star Wars shirt I got when I was a kid...Wear it 'till it falls off!  '<img'>

Hello everyone,

I've been away for the last two days...
Just got home this evening and have to say that I'm glad I have your support! No need to pre-pay, but I really do appreciate the offers! Just give me a little time as I stated previously...
Below is a color chart of the actual swatches, I have selected a few that I'm leaning towards; however, I would like some input... The colors are pretty close on the monitor but I can't see what you are seeing! Just post some choices to see if we can put a few colors together... Remember, I have three sizes and would like to keep color choices as low as possible in order to keep the total number of shirts down on the first order. Senario: 24 shirts --> three sizes --> 8 shirts for each size --> 4 colors = 2 shirts in each size
With this said, I want to make sure everyone gets something they like!

Let me know...

Since, this software resizes images, I have added a lik to a larger version for a clearer view:

I usually either wear white shirts but I do like yellow and red. I would need a large.

What color is the printing going to be?
I do not like white - gets dirty way to easy - but I do like light colors.

Jim - my preference is short sleeve, XL, natural (looks like white?) or light steel (looks like grey?).

Hello again,

Quote
What color is the printing going to be?

I'm using the logo located in this topic: SMC T-Shirt Logos
The colors will be basically the same as you see on these images. The top image will be located on the left breast while a larger modified version of the middle logo will be on the back... I've decided to move the curved "Soda-Machines.Com" above the machines and increase the size so this will look better on the back of the t-shirt...

Just an update... '<img'>

I personally like these two colors: Cardinal & Light Steel. I am also into long sleeve T's but would probably spring for both versions so that I can "represent" year round in style and comfort!

If I really had it my way (which I don't  ':<img:'> ) all of the shirts would be NAVY Blue! '<img'> That would combine two of my favorite thing in the whole wide world, The USN and Soda Pop machines! (All I live for these days!)

And now Back to reality......Thanks Jim for all of your hard work on this effort, If you need ANY assistance let all of us know! You know that we have your back and would do darn near anything for SMC!

Oh yeah, one last thing.....Have a FINE Navy day!  ':drinkers:'

Jim,
Put me down for 3 XL's of whatever is the easiest. My vote would be a grey with pocket but I really don't care. A VP of sales once sumed it up very well. "Can't we just release at least one engineering design and add what the customer finally decided they really wanted later?". This quote is intended as entertainment only. Just wanna get a shirt gosh-darnit :-)
