Well I finally did it. A year later from when I started this project I have a working prototype. It takes change and vends just fine. I will post more pics later. I just wanted to show this off.

The back plate on this mech is a stripped out metal electric coinco mech. I have several homemade back plates that I have done but the coinco was thicker metal so I decided use it for this one since i am using this mech in this machine permanently but other than the back plate, The rejector and the crank handle everything else was made in my shop. I will take pics of the insides later but the shaft is just metal bought from home depot, I hand bent all of the metal using a metal break I bought a harbor freight. It actually works really well.
