I know this is a newer machine but I have someone local to me wanting to sell me a machine similar to this. This picture was taken from an ebay auction but it looks the same. The seller wants $100 for the machine. If I were to buy it I would only do so for resale. What do you all think? Is is a good move? The machine was made in Germany and I have been told that it is a limited production machine. (I don't know if that is true or not). The machine looks and works great. It also has a stand that it sits on that was an option. I am torn on if I should do it or not so I thought I should get all of your advice.

It's made by Siemens corp. I belive, they also made the "Break-mate" soda dispensers, I've got a local guy here in Mich. (on ebay too) selling the bigger wall-mounted Cornielus Pepsi units ( funtionally allong the same line as this model), starting at $75.00-100.00/ea. these are kinda "ok"  '<img'>      I'd stick to $25-75.00 range for a coin-op version, & see if he'll go for it.

Actually I am going to pass. I just found out that my girlfriend got a job flying for Northwest Airlines and we are moving to Memphis as soon as we can get packed and out. So I expect I will be moving in about a week and a half.

Hey, that would be a neat little cooler for her to have in the cockpit!

Is she going to get you a job there too?

Josh,

I don't know how you do it...
In the short time you've been visiting SMC, you have relocated twice with this being the third time! And the moving is long distance as well; it's not like you're staying in the same area...
I could never think of relocating that many times in such a short time frame!
My hats off to you and your girlfriend; good luck in the new location too!

Thank You all so much. This moving really stinks but at least now we both aren't unemployed. I hope this is the last move for a while. I will have to go to Oklahoma City for about 9 weeks in about a year for training but that really isn't a move. I just hope that I am able to be located in Memphis once I get my position with the FAA.

Memphis is nice, not too far from me. Just stay out of the south west side and you should be ok.  Traffic is heck at times around Poplar on the interstate.

Hope you plan on visiting the casinos in Tunica MS and check out some of the great shows they have there.

Downtown is almost all one way especially around St Jude and Le Bonnheur Childrens research Hospital.

Go to Graceland, the Peabody to see the ducks, Beale St  and if you are there next year GO TO MEMPHIS IN MAY!!! Go see some pro basketball games/concerts at the Fed Ex Forum.

And for food, please visit Corky's BBQ.

You wont be too far from Ripley MS to hit the first of the month trading days. Very large swap and flea market.

They used to have the big flea market at the Memphis fairgrounds, but the main building burned.

My Dads auto body shop was in memphis in the 70's. Lots of fond memories.

Maybe this is what you need Josh when you move!
