Can anybody tell me what kind of machine this and the value of it? It's got 4 push buttons on the upper right corner to select from.

I've never seen one....looks okay....I wouldn't mind it being a garage machine.

The medallion on the lower left corner tells me it's an S/V (Select-Vend) there are afew type of this particular model, the most notable feature is that the cans are delivered by rolling them out on there sides.

this is an earlier model as it has a steel-can opener mounted front & center ( used before self-opening beverage cans were invented)  the light up marquee is often revered to as the "snow-flake" sign

.  .  .  and based on the size of the hasp that was installed on the side to hold a larger lock, this machine was installed in an area prone to break-ins!  Cool machine though!
