I see the U-Pop-It is at 7 grand and reserve not met... What are these things worth and why are they worth so much more than Popperettes

Looks like some fishy bidding going on. A couple people with no feedback placing bids??

Brian, I agree. Three bidder's. 2 with O feedback and 1 with 2 feedbacks. Appears to be price gouging to me.

Definately something screwy about this one... I agree... they are trying to set the price.. hook someone in by saying he look, this is worth 7k or more but I'll let it go to you (some unsuspecting buyer) for 6k... I'd say a nice professionally restored one should bring around 4500-5000 .. If someone wants one of these but can't aford the 7k... I'll sell mine for 5k seriously it is for sale if anyone is interested.. John

Buy the second one for $3500 and sell it to the other guy that bid $7000 on the first machine. There are 2 $7000 bidders. $3500 in profit and you wouldn't have to pay shipping. Just have it shipped to the buyer and let him pay for shipping. Somebody better jump on this and then hope and pray the $7000 bidders are not shills.

Yes, it was.
I really like the claim that the "Salt Shaker" is original. I wonder if the person that restored it told them that? It's also missing the stainless steel surrounds, aka "Batwings" which will cost around $250. It also has an aftermarket, add-on main power switch located inside the machine on the the cover plate of junction box 1 which means that either they don't have the original power key or they did it for convienience. The Oil Vat solenoid valve is definitely not original either and unless the trashcan is hiding inside (which it sometimes does) it is also missing.
The only reason I'm picking at/being a tad negative about this machine is that I get tired of the claim of a machine being "100% restored" when it isn't. Granted, you make the best of a situation. But at least let people know!!
