Well, picked this rare machine up! It is Servit A 250. This was the first cup machine Dr Pepper ever used. Someone took off the DP signs and put on Coke stickers. I am going to restore it to a DP machine. Neat that is has the crank handle and dispenses only one flavor. Also has the overhang on the top to light up the sign.

Only seen one other of those and that was 8 years ago on eBay and the guy wanted a mint for it like $1500. Cool! I'd add one of those light setups to an S-48 if it wouldn't interfere with the badge.
Congrats Brian on getting a Servit!

Started to look it over today. It should be easy to restore. I like that the overhang lights up the DP sign!

Its too bad it wasn't originally Coke. That is a really interesting Coke logo on the front. I don't think I have ever seen another like it.

I've seen it before...mainly on signs I think...but still uncommon.

Ok, Thanks for the correction!
Perhaps I could acquire a good photo of the machine for use in the Soda machines Section since I do not have a photo for reference...
If so, at your leisure... PM me if necessary.

I love that light up overhang. So retro.  Do those old cup machines have ice makers?

Not the early cup machines with the crank handles. Some of the later cup machines have ice makers. The 1960's one's. I am into the old school one's, where you fill the tank with syrup and it uses a water line.

Thanks Jeff! I will get the size needed and then we can talk. I will need to find the sign for it, so maybe you have one you will part with. I will let you know.

9&1/2" x 24" would be too wide I'm sure. This sign most likely was on a chest cooler.

Well, look what I found today under the Coke Sticker! As I suspected the old Dr Pepper logo with holes for the sign! Some neat pics here. Can not wait to see this restored.
