Just wanted to fill everyone in on last weeks finds. First a 79 year old woman called and asked if I would be interested in a old WORKING Coke machine, gave me the address of the old house she used to live in but no more and said to drop off a $100.00 dollars to the man at the Exxon station on the way to the house (Her Son) Steve Ebner and I went and got it as you can see I'm making Steve do all the work HeHe, someone had to take the photos and then on Sat. morning we went 2 hours away on another call about some machines for sale, she said she had a Stoner Jr, thats all. Never mentioned everything else. Steve and I bough the Stoner Jr and The Stoner Coffee. I offered $1200.00 for the Stoner Pastry but won't budge. Most of the machines are for sale but no 81's and She took Steve and I into this new buliding they just built and we about fell over when we saw the Beautiful restored Bar from the 1800's 25' long, WOW! There in PA about 30 miles from York PA. if anyone is close but there is a guy coming Sat for the 80, 7up JR and something else.

The two Stoners are sold and will be taken apart next week, with deposits. Ya got to love that, as for my back I was bending over and bam! but almost better.

What a great find! Always fun to uncover stuff behind what you can see at first. Pays to chit chat with sellers so as to jog their memory as to what else they have or get them to trust you enough to show you more. The CC V-81A and Pepsi 81D were not for sale?? Were they going to use them in the restored bar area? I see and old pool table in the bar mirror. Any old slot machines in there? Are they going to open the bar as part of a restaurant or something?
Is that a DP SelectiVend S-48 I see way back on the right of the Stoner Jr.?

The girls are keeping the 81's, DP SelectiVend S-48 and one of the 39's and I think the 6 case. The bar area is for there personal use only, the room is 40x40 with a 20x40 garage, full bath ane an up stairs and none of themachines are going over there, two new for the room.

It does, someone must have re-painted it at one point and put that on. It should be smooth on both sides saying nothing. All the shelves are there and it's an original pastry machine. I have done one for Jeff Wolf in the 5 selection pastry.

Great finds, Curtis!! I'm still kicking myself that I lost out on that same pastry machine here the other week for $75 (without base)!  That bar is fantastic! I'd love to belly up to that one for a whiskey!  |

Not a clue, Curtis. I called to get directions to the guys house to pick it up and he said he sold it to someone else that called him, after closing the deal with me! I had the War Department all excited about getting a Moon Pie machine, as that is her favorite snack and I showed her pictures of the one Jeff Wolf has. Now I have to find another sometime! |

Thanks Greg, I restored that Moon Pie Machine for Jeff. I was eating one, one day and happened to have a Pastry machine in stock and the rest is history.

Well, Curtis, you did a very fine job on that one...as usual! And Jeff, I'm with you! I know my wife and I would both gain 10 pounds if we had that stocked in the house all the time. She said we could go to Cracker Barrel on a regular basis and buy the original Moon Pies in Banana and original flavors to keep it stocked. Between her and the kids, that would cost me!  |

He picked that up for me and Steve, when Steve and I were down South a few weeks ago we met a guy in an antique mall that said he had one but couldn't leave so Loyd was going down and stopped to pick it up for us. Complete machine.
