I know some of you are into gas pumps, so I took these photos while driving in the Virginia countryside. I don't know why someone would want to paint them like that, but my wife says they are "cute".

Looks like they are both Wayne 100 models. I have one in the garage I want to restore someday. They look good in Polly Gas green and black with the globe on top.

Cool thing about those gas pumps is the paint is actually protecting them from the elements and rust. Someday someone will pick em up and restore them properly.

For the cost to get them custom painted like that, they could have had them restored I'd think? interesting... but won't be doing that to any of mine..

As a working gas pump I think they are great... My kids would bully me into filling up there all the time...

Hey what do you think they are worth?  I may stop by next time I'm out there and see if they want to sell them.
