first machine i ever got, took it to be restored and when i got it back, opened it and found a birds nest inside that the lazy ass restorer painted hammer tone and left in the machine. this was a very long time ago,

Was the nest painted hammertone too?

Mainly dead mice and mouse nesting material. Nothing too nasty, that's a good thing!

I'm all about finding old coins though. Most recently, the AMI F-120 I picked up was hiding an old Buffalo Nickel in the coin box, pretty neat!
