removing guts of Cav96e to hammertone

I want to pull all the guts out of the cav 96E that I have, but wanted to know if I should leave the refridgeration items in place? If removed would I have to recharge the system...as it runs and cools now.

It is best to build a frame out of would to set the refrigeration unit on after it is removed. This will help prevent damage to the unit. Other then that, it is a fairly easy job to remove the refrigeration without issues or needing to recharge.

yes and build a separate area to attach the top part so there is no stress on the lines

I went to one of my clients and had this made  for
compressor work ,  It works quit well .

   Note: while you compressor is out dont forget to replace
 the fan motors with nice new ones to eliminate a problem down the road.

What I did was put a piece of plywood and attached it to my 4 wheeler. Than I built a wooden piece just like that metal stand and attached it. All I have to do is just roll it if it is inthe way. It makes painting the pieces separately a breeze!

Dolly 4 wheeler same thing! I have a bad habit of calling it a  wheeler. Thisis what I was talking about. It makes it much easier to get out of the way. That way I can do it without someone holding the top.
