I bought a slider the other day and it needed a few parts so I called my friend Dan.
He is on a mission to collect all 15 embossed 55 sliders offered by Ideal. He now owns
14 of them.
Since we all like pictures here at SMC, it wasn't right to visit him without asking if
I might take a few pictures for the group.
We think restoring 1 machine is a chore......look at a guy who is doing 14 of them!

How about finding a double bubble clock to display behind each machine

Wow! That's impressive. And I really like the clocks.

Thanks for sharing. I love seeing pictures of other peoples collections.

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor
11 is louder than 10...
"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

Do you still have that Birely's machine John? that was a cool slider! I picked up a Birely's bottle in Thailand when I was living there. It is everywhere in Thailand and its good stuff!
