Well, my wife and kids went away for the weekend, so it was time to drag a new toy into the house...
One of these days, she'll realize I can't be left alone for any amount of time...
I picked up a nice, clean Merit Megatouch Jade 2 game. It has 110 games on it and its a touch screen. These games were pretty common in bars and after playing it this weekend, I can see why. It is extremely addictive, especially when mixed with alcohol. They probably make quite a bit of money on location. When they got home Monday afternoon, I got the phone call... My 9 year old noticed it first, and immediately sat down to try it out. 3 hours later when I got home, he was still sitting at the game (no alcohol though
). This is the first purchase I brought into the game room that was actually greeted with a smile from my wife.. I'll post some pics in the next day or so...
