Im trying to find replacement moulding for the two piece stainless steel moulding that runs along the bottom of the textured stainless steel plate located on the door.  The moulding is separated by the coin door and measures 13" X 1 1/8" width X 1/8" cross-sectional for each piece.  I've tried Fun-Tronics with no luck and have no idea where to look next.  Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Eric,

It's really 1 1/8" wide...?
I restored one of these models as well some time ago, but don't recall the moldings being that big... If you're changing all the moldings so it will match, couldn't the reproduction molding for the V-81's/VMC81's, V-80's, etc work...?
Have you contacted any of the other Parts Suppliers? Maybe someone has one of these machines as a parts machine and you could be in luck... Worth a check!
Lastly, I think the V-216 is the same size and has this molding on some versions just like the V-144.

Jim,
Yes, this moulding is 1 1/8" in width.  I'm attaching a picture of a Vendo 144MD for reference.  I have a 144E but the moulding is the same.  The moulding I'm refering to runs along the bottom of the textured aluminum plate on the door.  The top of the coin door separates the moulding into two pieces.  I have tried several restoration part vendors without success.  I was hoping someone might be able to point me in a better direction.
