Hey guys... Does anyone have a wiring diagram they can post on wiring a RT 56?
the cord all the way to the little box is BRITTLE! no place really to splice into it safely.
the rest of the wiring that comes out and goes everywhere looks good... but I have bits
of cord cover all over the floor! biggrin
So I want to get into that little box somehow and I guess that's where it starts?...
 help
I know John told me he could help get me a wiring harness for this and I will probably
get one for the one I'm keeping but for this one I'm gonna sell I just want to see if it runs
and cools.
Thanks Guys (and and you few gals)

With a 1/4"drill bit or larger, shear off the existing hollow rivet in the junction box, and solder in the wires from an old appliance cord in place of the terminals from your old brittle cord .
You won't need the hollow rivet anymore, re-install the j-box with a long screw.

Welp.... went out and bought one of those replacement appliance cords, drilled out the grommet like Glen said, soddered the wires and she fired right up getting cold... leaves and stuff came fly'n out when she kicked on oh Oo
.. Now I just need to buff it out a little, clean the kick plate up.
Now I gotta wire the 72 .. (same problem) then rewire the latest 56 I got....

Thanks guys! happydrinkers
