I have my machine stocked full of cans.  My machine dispenses most of the time correctly.  But sometimes my customers will buy one and select a flavor and nothing happens.  They try to return their money and nothing happens.  Next time someone tries to purchase the same flavor, they get 2.  So the cans are getting stuck.  What is causing this?  I'm not 100% sure which columns are doing this but I know it happened to me with one that was in a single column.

Your cans are loaded wrong or the vend gear set wrong.

Did this condition just start for no reason, or been happening all along?

It's been happening all along, since July when I first installed the machine.  How do I check to see if my vend gears are set properly?

Typically Dicie-narco has loading and motor/disk setup intructions on the loading door, if yours dient, just slide over to DN's website & download a manual, yours is a popular model so it should still be available.
