just wanted to say i am new here and just bought my first coke machine.it is a dixie narco 180.it is in vg shape but needs a little freon. i am trying to find the sold out bulbs but did not see any on the vendors sites. looking foward to reading the old posts

What kind of bulb is it?  Do you think your local large hardware store might have it (Menards, Home Depot)?  I have had good luck with bulbs at Top Bulb.

it was keeping drinks at 36 deg's but now it is keeping them at 50 deg. afriend of mine is going to check it out.he works on appliances.he thinks that is the problem because it does not get colder when i changed the temp setting .compressor only runs longer

my friend checked it out and said freon was good but the compressor was to hot to touch and not kicking out like it should so i guess i will be have him put me a new on on when he gets the time. everything else seems to be ok
