hello & welcome. here's rc cola model, you didn't mention what brand your machine was. a LaCrosse 81 &100 models can go for between $150 up to $500, but it all depends on condition, completeness, ( does it have all of it's shelves, coinmech, lock & key. etc.) brand, (Pepsi, 7up, RC, etc.) running or not, etc. they are usally are on the lower end of the machine value scale, as opposed to Vendo's & Cavaliers. in the same size range. LaCrosse made machines it seems for everyone except Coke. Pepsi was there main customer in the north, and RC Cola. in the south.
Basic soda machine rule No. 3 is, "bigger isn't better",. a smaller LaCrosse like a 56 or a 64 model will be worth more than a larger 81/100 model. good luck, hope it's a nice one. PS they are built like brick out-houses, & no mater what model, they are all heavy buggers! lots of steel!

Not a big fan of them... Guess I like the smaller ones and something about the door on the right hand side, just doesn't do it for me... kinda like driving on the wrong side of the road, (Sorry Dave) '>

I can't speak for Jim, or any one else here, but you said it yourself - it's stealing.
Even if it's just a picture, or a description of an item, it belongs to the owner, and I'd rather ask for permission to use it. I have enough people (work, family ex girlfriends) ticked off at me....
Shrug, just my .02

I'm of the same belief as Kilroy and that this, as easy as it is to acquire these images, is stealing someones photos, files or what ever digital information it may be. Almost all images on SMC have prior approval; but in retrospect, I cannot legally prove I have permission to use some images... I have had people request the use of some images that have went into a small publication and others I had to remind them that SMC requests people to ask for permission to use images from our Site. In every case where someone asked for permission, I granted the use of such image(s) with a credit to Soda-Machines.Com. Using the images you have acquired may not get you into any trouble since they're for personal use, but it can lead to problems in some cases...

k - thanks Yep, that's soda machine rule #4 "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" so is "value" :'> this is just an example of the LaCrosse 81, there are many variations, early units had external coin doors, others had painted steel fronts, (no light-up sign) ....
