Is this asbestos?

Hello, I just received a double opening lid off an RC cola chest. The lid is two doors attached with a rubber strip for a hinge. They are stainless on top and say "Drink Royal Crown Cola, best by taste-test" in yellow and red on the inside. The lids are in unrestorable condition so I hope to salvage advertising portions. While dismantling them I noticed the insulating material inside and was concerned that it might be asbestos or such and thought I should stop and ask this forum for advice.

I can't verify if asbestos was utilized in soda machine manufacturing but if you are concerned, wear gloves and dispose of the insulation in a plastic trash bag.

I spent many hours searching for an answer this week with no luck. Ever since I became a parent I have tried to be more careful about not contaminating my home with my adventures.
