What is the value of this machine as seen on ebay? Its not a far drive for me to pick up and I would love to have it in my collection. I think they are asking too much.

Yes it is a Vendo 56. The bottle stack has been replaced with
a can mechanism. When coin is accepted you pull the tab forward
with the left hand, and grab the can with the right hand. Only
problem is user always has to hold the door glass door open with
his shoulder.

I think the 450 is to high also but these shorter square tops seem to be getting more popular.  The price kind of depends on you area Joey is right for our area 100 to 200 if they are complete and working but in another area they may be a little higher or cheaper.  It all comes down to the same thing what people are willing to pay for a certain machine.

This is what the machine should look like restored, Before and after of one I did. Now this one has a light up face and the one on E-bay did not. I paied $100.00 for this, in the un-restored condition.

One thing that needs to be adressed is the can
vending stack.

Curtis bought the vendo with a bottle stack
and installed a can stack like the one in the auction.
No, it's not worth $450.00......but it is worth more than
a Vendo bottle machine.

Nice to see a well done square corner machine,
thanks for the pic.'s Curtis.

It sure is, I make that decal and all the decals you see on any of my machines except the Coke ones, I get them from Steve Ebner @ Funtronics but everyone I have ever sold one to has messed it up, putting it on. Ever Brian Charlton, bc. He kept telling me, he could do it and I kept telling him he couldn't. I won! Very hard to put on. I'll tell you how, if you would ever like to get one. 301-991-3532 or memorylane@myactv.net

Thank You, I can only do what my customers will pay for. I have been lucky enough to have been doing this for 15 + years and I have always tried to keep my work above and beyond the avg. It's taken a long time to reach the level of quaility customers I have today, they are all great and I have alot of respect for them, they had to work hard to get to where there at and they deserve to get what they pay good money for.   THANKS ERIC @ GLOBALCOMPRESSORS for getting that custom built Westinghouse WC-42T unit finished so quick. You Rock in TX. Thanks, Curtis, Memory Lane Restorations

what do you charge to restore?  You do some high quality work. Do you spray your own paint?

Price depends on the item, I would need to see photos first. I have one person that paints all my machines, he works only for me and only paints my machines. He's been with me for about 12 years now. Look at the National Cigarette Machine I just finished restoring, I listed it under   topic  Photos of new restoration. That restoration job, was $4000.00 with there machine. The customer has some Chrome knobs on the way. Thanks.
