here's quick pic' of the VF56 can vendor I snagged when I picked up Coke & Stuffs CS124, neat little machine, I also have an original lightup 3-D 7up sign for this machine I found too! ( It had a steel sign with a Faygo brand decal simular to the side logo on it) I've remove the sign frame so I can see if it'll fit OK on this machine, there is the original wiring for a lightup tucked up under the inside, & the switch is still on the inside of the bottle door. saves me the trouble of rewiring it.

Looks like it's been through heck, but still a solid machine that should clean up nice.

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor
11 is louder than 10...
"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

JohnieG,
I have the same machine that was an orginal 7-Up bottle. Some clown scraped off the 7-Up light up logo and hand painted it to Pepsi. Other than that it is a clean orginal with all diagrams so if you need anything let me know.

Johnie,  could you snap a couple of pics of the faygo sign for me?  I picked up one that had been converted to faygo a few months back but is missing all of the sign frame included.  The one I grabbed also had a Coke bottlers plate on it too.  I guessing it lived a pretty interesting life.

I think I can do you one better, I restored a Vendo V90 Faygo that I had the decals repro'd for both the faygo shield & the side bottle & fruit, let me contact my decal man & see if he still has teh templetes on file, (he should) I'm going to see him about mine anyway.
