Never seen one like this before.. It must have been used by someone behind a counter................ I think the price is high, but I don't have a clue..

I have one of those. I think I got mine for about $75.  They turn up on ebay alot.

I would offer $75 & maybe settle at 100

I think these were typically used by banks.  My Mother used to manage a bank office and I recall this type of changer for each teller station.   No idea how it works or what you would do with it.

Hello

I  keep mine on my dresser & put my loose change in it.

The front handles pushed down with your thumb & a coin drops into your hand.  The top part is a little strange with all the different sections for each coin type.  I figured the dime area would hold ten dimes & then the five  areas with ten dimes each would be $5. Well when you load the dime section it holds 12 dimes.  Same thing for the all the coins.
