V-39 insulation

Can anyone tell me where I can get the insulation that covers the lines that go to the evaporator?  The stuff on there now is in bad shape?  I've been to the local hardware stores and Home Depots but the stuff they have is all too big.

Try a refrigeration supply house; I'm not sure how this is sold... By the foot, 50' etc...?
