Has anyone noticed a decline in the price of the beloved Coke vendo 81 in general? Just based on 3 past ebay auctions some decent looking original machines (restorable) have been going for 1500, 1125 and 1025 recently... I believe all have been either B or D models that I've been monitoring? I've always felt that 1k for a vendo 81 was a steal??? now where seeing more of this? Good or Bad... thoughts?? '<img'>

Did you pick up the $1025 V81b today? That was you that won wasn't it?
I posted a thread about it earlier today. I was the one who bid it up to $1025.51. If you and I had known of each others intent, one of us could have had it for $735.
I think the market has softened some, but I think the way this particular auction was listed limited the number of people who found it. Not the best example.

I just posted on the other thread as well as I had not seen it till today... I agree a system should be in place and we just need to communicate with each other..

I did win the machine and yeah it would have been great to get it for 735 but even at 1025 I'm Happy.

Sorry i wish I would have known and got it cheaper... but hopefully with a new system it won't happen.

I'll post pictures when I get it.
