How odd........It's been over a month since I posted my original post outlining my plight/problem and here's what's happened since:
NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I still haven't heard anything about the status of my sign from JohnieG.
I haven't recieved as much as an e-mail or PM from him. I really hate to drag this even more out into public but I figure since this is the only venue where he might see this I can't pass up the opportunity.
JohnieG -
Could you please give me an update on my Vendo 210 Ice Cream Machine Sign that you promised me would be done over a year ago!?!?!
My patience is gone and I am in the process of retaining legal counsel. I am very willing and capable to take you to court over this. I don't care how long it will take or how much money it takes.
For disputes that center around principle, business deals and common decency, I will fight tooth and nail to see that justice is done and that I get what has been STOLEN from me back.
A little dramatic you say? I think not! Try this out with somebody else and see where it gets you!
Right now I'm ecstatic that I have everything in writing via email's and PM's.
Your time has run out. Brian

You are right, Pat. Divorce really, really sucks. I know, I've been through it as well.
I'm all about having a good time and helping people through the hard times. I am also about being truthfull and keeping my word.
I know John has been going through some very tough times yet he still has time to sell machines via Ebay and apparently work on other projects. That's what really stumps me.
The total lack of communication as of late adds to my consternation as well.
After the last post with him replying and halfway explaining everything, I would have at least expected a PM or an email outlining what was going on and any amplifying info such as dates or maybe an idea when things might start to happen. That's all.

Brian... I don't have an answer, but I agree with you that something should have been said by now. I thought the court was supposed to be settled by the beginning of the month......

You have every right to be angry.. while people still need to make a living, there doesn't seem to be a concern for you.....

Brian, As of Nov. 1st. Bottom line is I still don't have any of my machines that are still at the marital home, I too have legal council that is still trying to gain me access via the court system, as I've stated before, when I get the bloody sign back from the "X" you'll have it & the repro one too ASAP. I've bought & sold machines since then ( the divorce) but none of the machines you see on ebay are any of the 23 or so machines that I own including my Vendo IceCream machine ( the mate of your's) & are in lockdown, she says it's a business, I say it's my hobby, ( lord knows it doesn't turn a profit) I've todate successfully recovered my 59ElCamino which is a vandalized shambles of it's former self. & some of my personel pre-marital property. and thats what's to report on at this time.

Spoon-feeding Newbies since 2001... Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes. Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon! The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor 11 is louder than 10... "Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

John,
Sorry to hear about your El Camino, that sucks. I appreciate the update. Let me know if there is anything that I can do to help. (other than being patient).

Guys, Hang in there, it will work out. As a owner of a classic El Camino that really sucks.
