Well, the only bottle I tried in it is a 12oz Molson Canadian. I didn't try every stack to see, but atleast one stack worked and another one the bottle fell right out. I'm not sure why. I have another project right now, so I am going to sit on this until the other one is done. Then I will figure out what is going on with it.

Ken,
there is a special way to load the machine. The manual I sent you explains how to do it. The stack has to be aligned a certain way for you to load the first two columns and then you turn the vend handle and load the third and fourth. Once you read it and then look at the mech it will make since. You will also need to load it with several bottles in each stack in order for it to work.

Thats what I figured... I haven't had a chance to look at the manual yet. Once I got shocked by the machine, I put it off into the corner for the time being.

Probably a good idea.
