Some places they still make candy cigarettes remember those? like a chalk stick
with red on one end.

they still make the candy cigarettes (now called candy sticks) still packed in those
retro look'n  candy cigarette boxes.... That would be cool in those machines!

A regular pack of smokes is 3 1/4" x 2 1/8" x 7/8" (LWH) if that helps.
It would take a small fortune to stock one with smokes these days.

I'll have to look at my National again, but as I recall length, width and mainly thickness of the product to be vended would be the factor. It uses a column approach as opposed to the trays that the Stoner uses. Each column would have to be modified for a particular candy. It would be hard to switch out products after modification.
