An antique shop right near me has a "7Up" La Crosse 56  with light up sign for sale with the crank and all its shelves for $350.

I assume that is too much, but I've never dealt with La Crosse models before.

What would you guys pay? Or more importantly, is it worth buying at all?

Thanks,
'kito

By the way, the lit up "7Up" part looks great, it just looks freaked out in the photo because my cell phone's camera captured it that way, but it's normal and fine.

Secondly... and most importantly... yes that is cr@p on top of the machine. I almost bought it right then just so that I could free it from having stuff on top of it! ':p' '<img'> '<img'>

If it works well I would say that it is worth about $200.00.

That's what I figured. Plus original La Crosse parts are harder to get than Vendo, Cavalier, etc.
Thanks.

It depends on what you want to do with it. If you are buying it for resale I would pass on it but if you are wanting it to add to the collection I would say $250 tops. It would make a good looking theme machine. Paint it up and do a Mark's Theater theme.

I'd have it for £350.00 if it was right next to me....

Then Dave, move into my neighborhood. I'd love it!
We could drink Boddington's and Newkie Brown together!
