Currently I'm in AZ but if all works out right with the Army I'll be there late summer for a few years before I retire.  I'm looking to move somewhere between the Springs and Denver.  '<img'>

There's a restorer in Denver named Jim Kowalski. I will dig up his card for you.

I would love to have a 3 car garage. Even two would be better than the one I have now.  This house is just up the street. Like mine, only with a porch.

1 car garage

yeah but lookj at the property size :small.
its weird here, its more expensive to live outside the city then inside. of course excluding living in the middle of no where, 2 to 3 hrs from anywhere. im originally from ohio where outside the city is reasonable.

Don't want to fill up your Colorado thread, but those look like bargains.  This is why I can't afford to live by where I work.  700 sq feet

Cost of living varies all over the place. Eh, "the grass is always greener"...

true the cost of living can be killer, but i live in the cheaper section of my area.
check out the other property values in castle rock. 500,000 to 4,000,000.
and these houses are just down the street lol.

I might grab land southeast and put a new manufactured or modular on it.  This is to weird.  I grew up in Ohio east of Cleveland 50 miles. Madison OH. '<img'> I'm updating my paneled decorator one more time today then I'm putting one together in the restore area.
