What is the general consences out there? I ordered a length of "Chrome" trim from Funtronics to finish off my newly refurbished Cav 72. I really like the look of the "stainless" separating the red & white. But, you can see the black rubber core at the ends. Once it's put on, I don't wanna fuss with it, for fear of ruining the paint. Does this trim look good when it's all said and done, or does it look...........tacky?

You can cover up the black with chrome paint. '<img'>
