Hmmm, as mentioned in the other posting(s) on this "Icy-O"
countertop model, it's a truly rare cooler, in Jeff Walters first edition, it was given a "average condition" value of $750.00 & a fully restored condition value of $1400.00

Now let's compare that to it's big brother, the "Icy-O" "washtub" cooler, then (in the 1st. edition) was given a estimated value of $800.00, later (in the 3rd. ed.) it's estimated value is up to $2250.00 in average condition, so figuring in at an 80% increase in value,

So, then by the same percentage, the countertop should estimate at aprox. $2100.00'> '>

Average condtion is given as a complete, working machine/unit which should be in running condition, & good physical shape, ie:rust-free, no major dents, paint may be worn, but legible (for painted graphics, such as on this cooler)
so off hand I'd say your's is "below-par" when it comes to being in "average condition"  it has surface rust,the paint is almost gone, the graphics are extremly faded, the glass is missing, (I'm not being critical mind you, just saying as I see it, based on the photo's provided.) on a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 4.75, (6 being "average") I'd state it as being in "fair condition" in my opition. But....

to the right collector, you'd probably pull close to the above metioned value at auction, note that although something is "rare" doesn't make it "priceless" (59 Edsels are "rare" too nowadays,) you are doing the correct thing by doing research.
