'> Shipped back the refer system that Brian sent to me to have repaired - I charged him 100.00 - Here is what was wrong with the system - when it arrived - I found that the pressure on one side of the system was in the negative. There was a blockage in the system and the freon could not return or equal out. The compressor start relay was damaged as well, probably from the compressor being shut down by the blockage. I gave Brian a new wire harness , liquid line filter , new freon, replaced the copper lines that seemed to be kinked and damaged and installed a new start relay. I am enclosing a photo of the liquid line filter that was used on Brians system as well as the Kinked Line. The small copper filter that was on Brian's system when it came to me uses a Bead system to filter the Freon. The Beads will break away during system operation and lodge inside the cap tube. These Filters are cheaper and I never use them - they are bad news - especially on cap tube systems. I installed a Blue liquid line filter ( cost around 10.00) - I was not sure about Brian's Old Thermostat - however it is easily changed by Brian if need be - I used pull apart connectors if it requires changing.

Thanks a bunch, Alan! I should be receiving it sometime today or on Monday. Glad I didn't try to tackle any of the refrigeration work on this one, just the cosmetics.
The guy I got it from had told me that he did "some" work to it but I wasn't sure as to what extent.
I think this particular set-up looks really good restored that's why I tried to get it as clean as my first one in the WC-44SK that Johnie G helped me ship from Michigan. Again, thanks alot for te exeptional help Alan!
