Hi all, I'm looking for a couple of red velvet (or velvet-like) ropes and metal posts like you see used for crowd control in banks and theaters.
See the attached stock photo to get an idea of the type of thing I'm looking for.
Do you have some in storage, or perhaps you own or work at a bank or old theater and you know that they are just collecting dust.
Please let me know if you have any.
I want to put them in my super fun dedicated home theater [my other passion besides Coke machines and my gameroom].
Thanks so much, ~Markito

Do you need a shiny brass pole too? And maybe some mirrored walls?

Josh! You must hang onto everything! You'll learn young one! I'll watch too! That's something that'll be a challenge.

Kito, That will be tough but it's on the list. Haven't even seen the old type in a long time. It's all retracting strap junk now. Creighton

They weren't mine they were my fathers. They were next to the theater seats that I posted here a while ago but they were not in the picture.

Thanks Kilroy, but I'm confused too. Really good prices and then just $7 shipping? The shipping usually kills you because of the heavy weights in the base of the posts. I think I need to contact them. Wish they had red, but great price and maybe they have red too. Thanks all. In the meantime, let's all keep looking. '>
