Well still trying to bounch back from the 56 RT let down....

We just got the first 2 proofs of our latest signs this morning...
These are the first 2 caps in a line of caps signs we're going to make.
These will be a limit run of 750 signs  of each design. Started
with Coke (Since it's the most popular) then on to
Dr Pepper, RC, Squirt, Orange Crush, Nu-Grape, Nesbitt's,
Hires, 7up....
These are embossed 032 gauge aluminum 14.5" wide
we had the die made so it looks more like a real cap and not
a taco shell salad bowl.
What do you guys think?.....

Wow. I don't like repro stuff, but I must admit you've converted me on this one.
Those look really nice!
Can you imagine the size of the bottle cap opener and cap catcher for those?!? ':p'

Price will be $25 each....

Anyone interested give my brother or Tammy a call or watch our site

Also have a couple tacker signs that have been approved waiting for
production (probably by June).

Thanks All

You know I might take you up on that when I finally get my machine finished.  I'm not actually a pepsi, or even a coke fan (I know blasphemy ''), I'm really a beer fan and definately a fan of the machines and the process of restoring.  So I haven't negotiated a home for the VMC56 with my wife yet.  Depending on where it ends up, I might need some 'accessories' to tie it into the rest of the place.

What about beer signs?  Any thought of expanding your product in that direction?  I'm thinking my next machine might be a custom machine for one of my many favorite micro-brews.

No... at this time probably won't be doing beer stuff... If we did it would probably
be Anheuser Busch... Local here in St. Louis....
I'm leaning more towards gas/oil and car stuff.... There's a lot or was a lot of stuff
at one time.. But nobody is really making large quality stuff and the real stuff is just to
high for wanting to put something on the wall for decoration.... I have a sweet Coke flange
but afraid to put it out for the fear of someone scratching it.... I paid to much for it.....

But you never know.... Any ideas for soda signs  or what ever let me know....Always
looking for ideas....

Eric,

They look very nice!
I like the concept of an actual looking bottle cap similar to what Pepsi has done over the years...

My six cents,

Hi Eric

I too would be interested in your signs. Shipping to UK permitting???
I can only stare in awe at your crate and bottles. You Lucky Lucky man...

Would also be interested in the others. Not much cause here for Dr Pepper Squirt or RC (Not even sure if Iknow what RC is??) so they would definately be eye catching.

Cheers

Dave

Hi Eric,

I hope you get the licenses.  I'd be interested in a Busch and a "Dew".  They'd make great Christmas presents.

Are the letters slightly embossed?  Nice job. When they are produced, send me 4 to start. I think they might sell well

The Coca-Cola Logo is embossed.... Each brand/flavor we do (depending on if this
idea of a line sells) the Logos will be embossed. I think Crushy on the Orange Crush cap will
be embossed too...

I practically grew up on RC. Royal Crown Cola (and Nehi Orange) here in the Mid-South. It's a sweeter
version of Coca-Cola to me some may say different, depends on the person.

Would love to see it in a decaf version!!! Cant handle the caffeine ! So I stick with Mountain Dew, Coke or Pepsi only in decaf.

We have a local Nehi-Royal Crown bottler here, but they dont run the bottling
machines anymore.

Way Cool!  ''     I agree, the bottle cap design is the way to go! much more character than the ol' dog-dish style. Nice to see the logo embossed too! so for the "Squirt" signs are you going to include the little "Squirt" boy? (just thinking that it would go along the same lines as "Crushy" on the Orange~ Crush sign....again WAY Cool! ''

Dave, don't get too excited about RC. I have always honestly felt that RC tastes like a cheap, yucky, flat, bland version of Coca-Cola... Seriously, but then we all know I'm biased.
