Hello everyone,  been a long time since I've been around.   Hope all is well,   I have a gentleman who is having some issues with a coke machine and I'm trying to help him out.

He states the door isn't sealing up on the latch side . It makes contact on the hinge side and he has tried adding washers to the hinge side which then causes the latch side to not catch.

Which  is causing it to run all the time.
States the door gasket is new but the door seems warped?  I'm wondering if it has the wrong gasket on it.

I can't place the make and model on this machine, is their a service manual that shows door adjustments ect?

Here are the Pictures I've gotten from him any advice and help you all can give would be great. Thanks much.

The machine pictured is Cavalier CS-96; however, there is no adjustments for the cabinet door hinges or door gap.  Sometimes, when the liner/gasket are installed on the cabinet door and it's not completely flat, the door can/will develop a slight "warp" that can keep the door from sealing properly on one area of the gasket.  Hard to determine from the photos, ensuring the right size gasket is important as this could cause an improper fit. One other thing to check is the screws used ti install the liner/gasket and ensure they are all tightened down properly. If the screw head is too big, it will impede on the gasket space causing an issue as well.

Hopefully helpful ! ! !

My six cents,
