Is there an LED equivalent for the F15T8 (18” tube), and the F8T5 (12” tube) 120 volt, I am finding LED tubes for the 24” tubes and longer but none for these smaller tubes. The fluorescent tubes seem to last about 10 months and then have to be replaced, which is about $13-$14 for both. I see there are 24” LED tubes for around $20, and should last about 7 years. These size fluorescent tubes are used in my USS-8-64 machine, one for the door light and the other for behind the Coca-Cola sign.

Thanks
Tim

I buy my bulbs and ballast  from these guys.  Great prices and  exceptional service

Haven't seen  12" or 18" LED equivalent  tubes yet, but I imagine they are on their way

Most of the LED T8/12/15 LED replacement lamps available are straight 120V and should be direct wired to the line voltage, not through a ballast/starter. If the lamp is less than $20 buy extras. The COB components are cheap and will fail randomly on the stick. Feit Electric makes nice ballast compatible T-style lamps that work great with existing ballasts, tombstones and wiring. I have 48" tubes in my garage and didn't change any of the wiring. About 2X the brightness of the 32W that were there with only 18W of power draw.

Bumping an old discussion... updating info....

I saw a guest looking at this older thread on LED replacements for F13/T5 fluorecents such as the bottle door lamp on a V81, etc.  & found these on Amazon lately... these are fully ballast compatible ( no rewiring needed although you may have to modify the starter circuit and the ballast must be in working condition, be aware that some of the replacements are like 950 lumens ( about 1.5-2.0 X brighter) which is far brighter than the original fluorescent lamp & can be too much light ( believe it or not) also chose your color range carefully the warm white & cool white seem to be closest to original lamps, the daylight is a very bright white with more "blue" in it & can make colors seem "off" / cold

I'm sure other manufactures are available, and also keep in mind that teh length of a measured linear fluorescent bulb is including the terminal pins.. so here's link to what I've found...

Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!

"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.
