WOW that is a very rare dispenser. Here is a little history on it. Woodstock! Yes this dispenser was a prototype rushed to market just for Woodstock. Just like the Dole Master Dispenser that was unveiled at the 1933 Worlds Fair this one would have turn the dispenser market upside down. Solely design to sever large crowds it is both functional and eye catching. Unfortunately like most vehicles at Woodstock the roads where blocked and the dispenser never made it to the event and the dispenser never was put to the test and no others where made. The rumors around this rare item are as numerous as the ones about who was at Woodstock. Some of my favorites are: One about a local shop owner taking back to his shop and using it daily to server customers and not having to fill the syrup tank for two years!, or about a group of hippies empting it and using as a mobile commune, or about the un-named (I know the name but am not saying) band from the show that took it on tour with them and slowly dried the Coca-Cola syrup to extract a cretin Coca by product. I think that is merely ended up in a barn not seeing the light of day until now.
Thanks Lars for the very cool picture.
