What is the problem? Is it a hot plate or oil vat?

Hot plate version. We have been emailing back and forth, you said it needs rewired, but that is the last response I had from you. I wanted to ask if everything needs rewired  or if just the high voltage items need rewired, and may be get a video and some pics so I can rewire and get it put back together and start testing.  Thanks.
